FAQ’s
1. When will my order ship?
All Orders placed on or before Friday 12PM EST will ship the following Monday. Please allow 1-2 days processing time upon the purchase of your order. Due to COVID-19 shipping delays, please allow 3-5 working business days for orders to ship priority mail.
2. I have not received my tracking number, what should I do?
For all tracking and product concerns please contact customer service info@shopcaraandcompany.com (we will respond within 24-48 hours)
3. I live in the area, is drop shipping/ pickup available?
Drop shipping is available in Birmingham, AL and the surrounding areas. Select "Pick-up" at checkout and a location/date/time will be provided at the submission of your order.
Refunds+Returns
Once your order is processed, a 24-hour grace period is allowed for cancellations and returns. Please contact info@shopcaraandcompany.com to request a cancellation. At the conclusion of this grace period, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. No exceptions.
